Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable.
Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, personalization, or other restrictions. These exclusions will be identified in the applicable product listing or communicated before purchase, as required by law.
For eligible returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
