Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping is estimated at 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Items shipped by different suppliers may arrive in separate packages. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags where applicable.

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, personalization, or other restrictions. These exclusions will be identified in the applicable product listing or communicated before purchase, as required by law.

For eligible returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Email Orders@GracefulLivingCo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.
